Universal purchase experience
Applying for coverage from New York Life has historically been a long, convoluted, and repetitive process for clients and agents. Some products had digital applications, some were still on paper, and others required a telephone interview. Clients applying for more than one product often had to answer the same questions repeatedly.
At argodesign, we designed a two-sided experience for clients and agents to apply for multiple insurance and financial products with a single digital application. I created a user-friendly content hierarchy and navigation to guide clients through self-completion.
